Dinner-10/6 Snap, Crackle, Chicken!! With Steamed broccoli and Mashed Potatoes! Yummy

So for dinner tonight I made this yummy chicken breaded using rice krispie cereal! I called it Snap, Crackle, Chicken! lol :)

Here is the ingredients for the chicken:

4 boneless chicken breasts, about 1 lb

1 1/2 cups crispy rice cereal, crushed
2 tablespoons flour (I didnt use flour!)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning (I used season salt)
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted

I also added 1 Tsp of Paprika and 1 Tsp of Oregano and it turned out great!

Directions:
1. In one bowl, mix cereal crumbs, seasonings & flour. (I used a Ziplock bag!)

2. Place the melted butter in another bowl.

3. Dip the breasts into melted butter then coat with the cereal mixture.

4. Place into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

5. Drizzle remaining melted butter on top of chicken and coat with remaining mixture if you like extra breading.

6. Bake, uncovered at 400°F for 30 minutes or a bit longer for outside crispiness.

And here is the finished chicken:

My daughter LOVES broccoli so I chose that as a side. And everyone loves them some mashed potatoes! Overall this was a great dinner!

Feel free to comment if you used this recipe and let me know how it turned out or if you did anything different! I would love to hear your feed back!
